Welcome to the historic village of Prabione, one of six districts in the municipality of Tignale, located in the middle of the Alto Garda Bresciano nature park.

No matter what activity you choose during your stay in Tignale, you will always be surrounded by a surprising and fascinating environment.

The small medieval village of Prabione is located about 2 kilometers from the main town of Gardola. Here, nestled in the historic center, is our CASA ANTICO BORGO PRABIÙ, a lovingly renovated, stone-built village house with 4 apartments, a romantic little garden, 4 parking spaces right by the house and a seating area in the historic courtyard with tables and chairs, sunshades and a barbecue area with barbecue facilities (from mid-July 2024), a small fitness room, toilet, and a winter garden (Taverna - only available from autumn 2024)

GROUND FLOOR – APARTMENT CASALIVA

2 x double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, comfortable couch in the living room, adjoining high-quality kitchen with table and chairs, separate toilet with washing machine – CASALIVA can accommodate a maximum of 4 people + a small child – occupancy with 4 people is optimal.

GROUND FLOOR - APARTMENT LECCINO

2 x double bedrooms, spacious bathroom, living room with 2 comfortable couches, dining table with 4 chairs, real wood kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances, balcony - LECCINO offers space for max. 4 persons + infant.

UPPER FLOOR – APARTMENT HEGOS

Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 1 bed, sleeping gallery with sofa bed (1.5 places) and single bed, 2nd sleeping gallery with single bed. The apartment has 2 desks (home office possible), 1 shower with toilet, 1 toilet, living room with dining table and comfortable chairs, double sofa bed, balcony, kitchen with real wood fitted kitchen, very well equipped.

HEGOS offers space for a total of 4-5 adults and/or 2-3 children

All apartments can be rented together (if available) and, thanks to the large number of bathrooms, offer optimal accommodation for sports groups or 4-5 couples on a group vacation

The apartments are well equipped, have Wi-Fi and smart TV, the kitchens are sufficiently equipped with dishes, kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and much more.

The apartments are handed over to the guest complete with bed linen.

The small garden with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols is shared by the guests of the house.

From mid-July 2024, our guests will have another highlight at Casa Antico Parbiù. In the romantic and wind-protected courtyard of the house, there is a small fitness room with high-quality Kettler equipment, a shared washing machine and a dryer. There is also the possibility to charge e-bike batteries and, depending on the number of bikes, to park them in a protected area. There are also 2 charcoal grills and plenty of seating for guests. From fall 2024, a romantic tavern with a winter garden, complete kitchen equipment, dishwasher, coffee machine and refrigerator, induction hob and complete tableware will be available. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the courtyard, which is planted with roses and climbing plants, and sit together comfortably even in less than ideal weather, or simply relax.

The public swimming pool in Prabione, with a bar, football pitch, tennis courts, volleyball court and a very large playground, is just a few minutes' walk from the house and can be used free of charge by our guests with the Tignale Card:

Open from mid-June to early September from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The pool bar is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is also a very large free parking lot here.

Flying Frogs Climbing Park

The adventure high ropes course offers all age groups from 3 years and up the opportunity to test and overcome their own limits under the supervision of experienced staff and the most modern safety systems. The magnificent, natural area in which the climbing park is located invites you to linger. There are shady places under old trees and picnic areas.

Our canine friends and furry noses are welcome at Casa Antico Prabiú, provided that they get along with other dogs and, of course, are friendly to all guests and neighbors.

The harbor of Tignale is only a few kilometers away from the plateau and can be reached by the daily shuttle bus or by a hiking trail along the edge of the cliff. It is also called 'Hungerwiese' (in dialect 'Pra dela Fam'). Once you arrive at the harbor, you can relax along the extensive beach (part of it is also open to dogs). There is a beach bar and a surf school and boat rental.

From 2024, there will also be a ferry dock at the harbor. From here, you can easily explore the lake by public boat.

At the harbor, you can visit the 'Zitronenhaus Pra dela Fam' (free with Tignale Card), a still-operating limonaia where the history of lemon cultivation on Lake Garda is vividly described.

Leave your car behind for a change – there is a small bar with a small grocery store and a small osteria in the village, where you can order fresh bread every day and, of course, enjoy a wonderful espresso or a refreshing cold drink. The main town of Gardola is only about 2 kilometers away, and you can also get there from Prabione via a continuous footpath, but there is also a regular bus service.

In Gardola, you will find numerous cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as all the shops you need for your daily needs. During the summer months, a variety of events take place here, including markets, exhibitions and much more.

The Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park extends from the municipal area of Salò to Limone sul Garda and from the shores of Lake Garda far into the mountains of Valvestino.

With its steep cliffs, wide terraces and plateaus, panoramic roads and hiking trails that wind through the valleys, mountains, forests and villages in the interior, as well as enchanting lake shores, inviting beaches and glamorous resorts along the shores of Lake Garda, the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano is one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature has created.

Due to the differences in altitude – from sea level to approx. 1976 m – the fauna and vegetation are very different, from Mediterranean vegetation on the shores to typical mountain landscapes.
