A warm welcome to the historic village of Prabione,

one of the six districts that make up the municipality of Tignale, in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano nature park.

No matter what you choose to do during your stay in Tignale, you will always be surrounded by a surprising and fascinating environment.

The small medieval village of Prabione is located about 2 kilometers from the main town of Gardola. Here, in the historic center, is our Casa Antico Borgo Prabiù, a lovingly restored medieval town house with 4 apartments, a romantic little garden and 4 parking spaces right by the house.

There are currently 3 apartments available for our guests.

Ground floor – Apartment Casaliva

2 x double bedroom, each with its own bathroom, comfortable couch in the living room, adjoining high-quality kitchen with table and chairs, separate toilet with washing machine – Casaliva offers space for max. 4 people + infant – an occupancy of 4 people is optimal.

Ground floor – Apartment Leccino

2 x double bedroom, spacious bathroom, living room with 2 comfortable sofas, dining table with 4 chairs, real wood kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances, balcony - Leccino can accommodate max. 4 people + infant.

Upper floor - Hegos apartment

Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom with 1 bed, sleeping gallery with 1.5-seater sofa bed and single bed, 2nd sleeping gallery with single bed. The apartment has 2 desks (home office possible if necessary), 1 shower with toilet, 1 toilet, living room with dining table and comfortable chairs, double sofa bed, balcony, and a very well-equipped kitchen with a real wooden fitted kitchen.

Hegos can accommodate a total of 4-5 adults and 2-3 children

All apartments can be rented together (if available) and, thanks to the large number of bathrooms, offer optimal accommodation for sports groups or 4-5 couples on a group holiday

The apartments are well equipped, have Wi-Fi and smart TV, the kitchens are adequately stocked with dishes, kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and much more are available.

The apartments are handed over to the guest complete with bed linen.

A romantic outdoor seating area in the historic courtyard with tables and chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue area, a winter garden with a common room and guest kitchen, as well as a toilet and a fitness room, are available to our guests from 2025.

The communal garden with tables and chairs, sun loungers and parasols is available for use by all our guests.

The public swimming pool in Prabione, with a bar, football pitch, tennis courts, volleyball court and a very large playground, is just a few minutes' walk from the house and is free for our guests to use with the Tignale Card:

Open from about June 11 to September 8, from 11 am to 7 pm. The pool bar is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm. There is also a very large free parking lot here.

Flying Frogs Climbing Park

The adventure high ropes course offers all age groups from 3 years of age the opportunity to test and overcome their own limits under the supervision of experienced staff and the most modern safety systems. The magnificent, natural area in which the climbing park is located invites you to linger. Shady places under old trees and picnic areas are available.

Our dog friends are welcome.

The harbor of Tignale is only a few kilometers from the plateau and can be reached by daily shuttle bus or by a hiking trail along the edge of the cliff. It is also called “Hungerwiese” (in dialect “Pra dela Fam”). Once you arrive at the harbor, you can relax along the extensive beach (a part of it is also open to dogs). There is a beach bar and a surf school and boat rental.

At the harbor, you can visit the “Zitronenhaus Pra dela Fam” (free with Tignale Card) a still-operating limonaia where the history of lemon cultivation on Lake Garda is vividly described.

Feel free to leave your car behind – there is a small bar with a small grocery store and a small osteria in the village, where you can order fresh bread every day and a very good restaurant with a beautiful garden. The main town of GARDOLA is only about 2 kilometers away, and you can also get there via a continuous footpath from Prabione, but there is also a public bus.

In Gardola, you will find numerous cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as all the shops you need for your daily needs. During the summer months, a variety of events take place here, including markets, exhibitions and much more.

The Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park extends from the municipality of Salò to Limone sul Garda and from the shores of Lake Garda far into the mountains of Valvestino.

With steep rocks, wide terraces and plateaus, panoramic roads and hiking trails that wind through the valley floors, mountains, forests and villages inland, as well as enchanting shore landscapes, inviting beaches and fashionable places along the Lake Garda coast, the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano is one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature has created.

Due to the differences in altitude – from sea level to approx. 1976 m – the fauna and vegetation are quite diverse, ranging from Mediterranean vegetation along the shore to typical mountain landscapes.

The park has a lot to offer. You can observe nature and enjoy enchanting views, and discover historical traces from past centuries to the present day throughout the park area.
