On the first floor is 1 bedroom with comfortable double sofa bed and wardrobe and a very large shower room with toilet and bidet. On the 1st floor there are 3 more bedrooms - 2 with double bed and 1 with a bed 1.40 and another with 1 meter. There are 2 more large and modern bathrooms here. The balcony area extending over the entire floor offers a dream view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountain massif.

Spacious garden and open spaces offer the holidaymaker the possibility of retreat and relaxation. Terrace areas run all around the villa. On the main terrace with a very large dining table, chairs and a large sunshade is a gas grill. Sun loungers are available for use.

The pool is perfectly located within the property, all around is a pool terrace with sun loungers. The shore of the picturesque Tenno Lake with numerous bathing beaches is about 10-15 minutes walk from the house. Numerous restaurants, bars and café s, grocery store etc. can be found within walking distance.

There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage and parking for another 2 vehicles is available in the driveway - this area is also fully video monitored.

The villa has a well organized service. A serious and reliable cleaner is available upon request during the stay. A catering service can also be organized upon request.
