The apartment is located in a very nice area and very quiet, small residence in Tignale Olzano. From here you can take long walks or just enjoy the beautiful view of the lake or relax yourself in the pool.

In the residence you will find spacious areas as a large garden, children's playground, swimming pool with a large terrace and a barbecue area.

The apartment has got a living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dining table with 6 chairs, 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and wardrobe (with safe), a bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and WC, a storage room and central heating.

The climatic health-resort of Tignale is formed by a bloc of six villages, scattered on a high plain situated on the west side of Lake Garda. Away from the hustle and bustle of the lake shore this refreshing and pleasant area is the ideal place to relax and to recharge one’s battery.

The unspoiled mountain landscape is an irresistible invitation to long walks and wanderings as well as to splendid bike tours.

The magnificent view over the lake and of the mountain Monte Baldo on the opposite side, as well as the well-organized local facilities and utilities, make of the place one of the most beloved and coveted holiday resort of Lake Garda.

A regular shuttle-bus free of charge takes down to and back from the lake people who wants to go to the lake beach of Tignale without having to drive or think to parking problems. ‘Prà de la Fam’ is the beautiful beach (sand and pebbles) of Tignale, it has a little harbour and snack-bars and it is very famous among surfers and sailers for the perfect wind of the early hours.
