The charming holiday home CASETTA SELYAN is located in a terraced residence, beautifully nestled in the enchanting area of the “Alto Garda Bresciano” nature park on the western shore of Lake Garda on the Tignale plateau (approx. 700 m above sea level and about 500 m higher than the lake shore). The beaches of Lake Garda can be reached by car in a short time.
During the summer, a regular shuttle bus also runs from the center of town to the beach in Tignale. Please note that the distances shown on Google Maps are often the distance as the crow flies, not the kilometers to be driven on the road.
The holiday home is ideal for nature lovers, for relaxing and restful stays in the middle of beautiful meadows and forests. The residence is connected to many hiking trails and mountain bike trails, from which you can enjoy fascinating views of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif.
The residence has a large communal swimming pool, extensive lawns and playgrounds, and is enclosed and protected. Due to its exposed location, the climate is very pleasant even in high season.
The Selyan holiday home in the La Quiete residence is located just outside the municipality of Tignale, near the Sunclass bungalow park. It has been completely renovated and is comfortably furnished. Here are a few details:

For your arrival, we recommend that you do not use a navigation system, but rather take the Riva-Salo road and turn right at the Tignale junction and drive uphill to Tignale.

Thanks to its privileged position – on a plateau between Campione and Gargnano on the western shore of Lake Garda – with a view of the entire lake and the magnificent, opposite mountain massif of Monte Baldo, Tignale is considered one of the most fascinating places on Lake Garda. Medieval alleys and churches of historical and artistic relevance, interspersed with cozy hotels, cafes and restaurants. The numerous small shops provide the community with high-quality supplies.
The municipal area extends from the lake to the mountain peaks above the village, offering an extraordinarily varied landscape – ideal for all kinds of outdoor sports.
Tignale is versatile and constantly creates new and enchanting scenarios. From the rugged landscape of the gorge of the S. Michele torrent, to the terraced olive groves between Piovere and Oldesio, to the extensive pastures with eastern trees, dense forests, wide valleys and steeply steep cliffs to the lake with its small fishing harbor and the historic lemon garden Prà del la Fam, which has been preserved and maintained and now serves as a museum where the various phases of traditional lemon cultivation are explained.
Between heaven and lake – between gnarled olive trees and ancient holm oaks, the very well-maintained panoramic road leads to Tignale – a collection of several small villages, the center of which is GARDOLA. Lake Garda offers a wide range of water sports for enthusiasts. Numerous sailing schools introduce children and adults to the world of this wonderful sport. For motorboat enthusiasts, there are shipyards and moorings in nearby Gargnano.

Deer, stags, ibex, golden eagles, squirrels, marmots and chamois are just some of the many species of animals that inhabit the mountains around Tignale. Discover them on hikes through the nature park.
The flora: rare flowers with a seductive scent
The climatic and geological characteristics of the area around Tignale have given rise to a lush, typically sub-Mediterranean vegetation. Holm oaks, spruces, firs, beeches, hornbeams, oaks, cypresses, olives, magnolias, cedars, lemons, capers and palms... A kind of eternal spring that regenerates body and soul.
Sport in Tignale
In addition to water sports, you will find an El Dorado for mountain biking and cycling. If you like conquering the mountains by mountain bike, Tignale offers you an immense selection of more or less difficult or technically demanding trails. The landscape is extremely varied, as the area extends from the lake to an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level. Cima Piemp, Passo Puria, Passo Fobia, Passo D'Ere, Bocca Paolone are just some of the destinations worth discovering.
Olive oil
No dish is prepared here without olive oil. That is why the olive growers here pay great attention to the quality of the oil. The olives from Tignale are traditionally grown using 100% organic methods. The ancient Romans already planted olives in this microclimate and extracted oil from them. Today, the fruits are still harvested by hand, but they are cold-pressed directly in a modern plant without any storage. The oil from Tignale has an extremely low acidity. The balanced flavor and velvety scent of the olive oil is ideal for both fish and meat.
Truffles
Tignale is home not only to the famous white truffle, but also to the excellent black Périgord truffle, the summer truffle and, with a little luck, the Burgundy truffle. A real treat for gourmets Tignale dedicates the first week of October to this event every year.
