TOSCOLANO MADERNO - RESIDENCE POGGIO AL SOLE

A newly restored residence with 8 large apartments - with wide terrace and/or private garden. The apartments are large, precious and modernly furnished, with closed garage and storage room for bikes and sport equipment.

The pool and the very large terrace with dream lake view are placed on the roof of the residence.

The shape of the apartments is the same: large living room with comfortable double bed sofa, modern kitchen (dish washer, refrigerator with freezer, induction cooker, electric oven or micro wave, coffee machine and much more) and a large table. An additional bed can be easily added in the living room on demand and at fee. There is air conditioning, Sat TV, internet wifi, electric shutters, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and safe. The bathroom has got shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. In front of the apartment there is a large terrace and/or private garden with table, chairs and parasol.

Pets are welcome but only in the four apartments on the ground floor, with private garden.

There is a washing machine and flat iron for shared usage of the residence.

The arrival day in high season can be on Thursdays or Sundays.

Bed linen and/or towels can be rented at fee, daily bread delivery too.

Toscolano-Maderno is a lively town of about 8100 inhabitants inside the national park “Alto Garda Bresciano” on the west coast of lake Garda, with some archeological ruins from the etruscan and roman age. The small, medieval town is placed in picturesque position and with a dream view of the lake. The romantic landscapes between Riva and Salò make this place, together with Gargnano, Gardone and Salò, one of the most beautiful destinations of the area. Thanks to its unique position - it’s only 28 km from Desenzano and 26 km from Limone - and the possibility of reaching the opposite coast by ferry boat all the year round, Toscolano-Maderno is an ideal starting point. The lake, the long promenade and the several beaches, the restaurants and the varied night life make Toscolano-Maderno the perfect choice for both a relaxing and a sportive holiday.
